Ours was a challenging project, with a very narrow entry to our backyard in the very heart of the city. Scott and his team did amazing work. He patiently and professionally met with us in our home several times to be sure he knew exactly what we wanted: high quality stones, a very precise design, all the finishing details. It worked out perfectly and looks great. We couldnt be more pleased. We would recommend Scott and his team to anyone looking for high quality work. Thank you, Scott!

To begin, we sought quotes from three different contractors to replace one large and one small flat roof on our 100-year-old Toronto semi, before finally choosing Coverall. We're so glad we did. Mark and his Coverall team did an amazing job. First, Mark visited and gave us a highly detailed quote on precisely what needed to be done and then committed to a firm date. That confirmation date was crucial, because we were also working with a highly skilled deck contractor who was removing our old decks -- and the Coverall team had to be slotted in to complete their task in a single day, to allow the deck team to slide back in and complete their work. Everything worked out perfectly. Mark's team of more than a half-dozen skilled men arrived early, removing every single layer of the existing roofs, and carting it to the street by hand through the impossibly small passage between us and our neighbor's house. Fireproof protection was then installed, two separate layers of Soprema sheeting, drip edges to run into the eavestroughs, flashings up the walls and door sills. They did every single thing promised in the detailed quote. In fact, they even repaired and waterproofed the base on a pluming pipe on our main roof -- which wasn't even part of the job! Mark's team really went above and beyond. When it was all done, aside from the new gleaming roofs, you'd have no idea anything had taken place on site. There wasn't speck of dirt or grime anywhere. They left the site completely spotless. We would recommend Coverall without a moments hesitation. Mark's team executed just a super job. Bill & Mary Toronto

Like many people in the greater Toronto area this past winter, we experienced freezing pipes in our home for the very first time. After extensive research, we called Insta-Insulation. Alex Schuts impressed us from the moment he arrived. He handed us detailed literature about his product, listened intently as we described the challenge, took a detailed tour of all affected areas. He was polite, professional, detail-oriented from the get-go and took the time to explain each step we would have to take to tackle the problem. Later, his team, lead by Brandon Crabb, arrived on time and - like Alex - they were friendly, efficient and totally focused on doing the very best job possible. Everything that Alex had discussed with us was done with absolute precision. If there is a single word that would describe Alex and his hardworking crew, I'd say "integrity." We couldn't be more pleased. We would recommend Insta-Insulation without hesitation to anyone who is serious about preparing for another difficult winter. Our thanks to Alex, Brandon and the entire Insta-Insulation team.

Hello Mary! It is sheer joy to receive such a rave review from a happy customer! On behalf of Alex, Brandon, and the whole team, we can't thank you enough for your articulate and kind-hearted account of your experience with our company. You have done a wonderful job of demonstrating that making a purchase decision and the resulting sale, is truly a process. And that process starts with identifying a need for a product or service i.e. freezing pipes is a pretty compelling need! As next steps, you mentioned your research to find the right service-provider, the meeting with Alex to investigate the problem and recommend a solution, which led to your purchase decision and ultimately your installed product by Brandon and the rest of the install team. What really resonated with me upon reading your comments was the fact that it was likely our marketing i.e. the information you read on our web site, and perhaps our association with Mike Holmes and Bryan Baeumler that prompted your call to us, BUT, it was what we DID - not what we SAID - that prompted this review. I read something recently that said "marketing is not about what you say, it's about what you do, and how you act when people aren't looking." I think when what your marketing says, matches what you do, that's where integrity is born. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to live up to our words, Mary! It is our sincere pleasure to be able to work with fantastic customers like you and be part of making your home a more comfortable place to enjoy this winter, and all year round. Sincerely, Crystal - Customer Care

When we decided to have new pot lights installed in our house this past winter, we had no idea our wiring was not up to code. As a result, the electrician had to rewire certain parts of our house, which left over 40 holes in our ceilings and walls. When it came time to paint the interior of our house, we were looking for expert painters with experience in drywall repair. Alex, Matt, Ivan and the rest of the team at Creative Painting did an outstanding job. The repairs to the ceiling and walls are seamless and the paint job is first rate. The team was both professional and pleasant to be around. Alex answered all our questions and always made sure we knew how the project was progressing. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Creative Painting to anyone considering having this kind of work done on their house. You won't be disappointed.

We hired Paul to remove the stucco and sheathing from two exterior walls and install new plywood. The job was relatively small, but this was not an issue for Paul. He works quickly, efficiently and in only a day and half, the work was done. He work is first class and he is very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend PTR Carpentry.

We originally hired CLI Electric to install pot lights in our living room/dining room, but once they installed these lights, we loved the look and decided to have most of the house done. Our wiring was not up to code, and Steve and Adam ended up doing a significant rewiring job in each room. Ours is an old house with a unique set of challenges, but there wasn't any problem they could not solve. They discussed each step with us, and then made it happen. They were prompt, pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. These two are real professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone. First class work.

Bill and Andrew originally installed drywall in our basement and bedroom. We were very impressed with how neat this team is, now efficiently they work, and how professional the results. We have now hired them to do more carpentry work in our house. They certainly aim to please. Well done!
