This is the 4rth or 5th project that Yair has done for me over multiple homes. I do not go with anyone else and I don't even shop around. His guys are professional and easy to work with. Yair can come to my house anytime and do work. I totally trust him and his workers to work when I am not home. He is the only company I would allow to do this. He is now become my friend. Look forward to future projects. The quality is the best.

Brendan was professional right from the start. He gave me a quote within 24 hours that was detailed and complete in his pricing and materials estimate. He was able to fit us in within a couple of weeks, came when he said he would, and finish the job in expected time. He also went above and beyond - we had some hard to reach lights on the roof above the front glass awning and he actually had to build a platform to reach them properly. No complaints, no extra charge. His price was better than at least two other companies we found on Homestars, but the service and final product are outstanding. There is a small issue left with one light and a sensor and I have no doubt he'll be back ASAP to fix - he has been easily available and responsive the whole way through. Highly recommended.

This review is overdue. I purchased a bunch of A/V equipment and a large LED TV to complete my AV room in August 2017. Adrian gave me a competative quote and seemed very reasonable over the phone, plus the reviews he got before seemed to be on point. Adrian came and got right down to work. He asked me very few questions. I told him optimally what setup I wanted and he made some minor comments and went to work. Adrian worked 8 hours for 3 days on this project. He did not take breaks. He was quiet and clean. He broke my drywall and then repaired the drywall afterward as well as patched holes with no discussion. He was able to mount and install my TV by himself. In addition, I purchased my own equipment and components and ended up saving about 10K by doing that. My system looks and sounds amazing. I would recommend doing this for anyone planning to do their own room. I was getting quotes for others to by and install easily above 20 k. Adrian is a quiet person however he is very friendly. He did not bicker or talk to much about price but the price we agreed upon for the work, the wiring, etc was more than fair in my opinion. I would thoroughly recommend Adrian as an AV specialist to my friends and I am planning to hire him to install security cameras around my home. Thank you for being such a great professional and person. NOTE: My daughter was very afraid of Adrian because he was tall and cried everytime he came into the house, called him 'the guy'. She is only 2 years old and it was cute.

Basically this is the only guy i trust in bathroom problems. The long short of the story. I had a bathroom leak in my upstairs bathroom, that was destroying my kitchen ceiling. It was going on for a year. I tried to fix it myself and with help, but it came back. I called a number of different plumbers and other contractors. They all said I had to rip down the wall and redo the entire bathroom. Quotes ranged from $2500-5000. Tony came upstairs - took one look at the problem and said. "You just need to recaulk this bathroom properly." It will cos $100. And he said he wouldn't redo the bathroom even if I tried to pay him. Bottom line, I had some tiles that needed fixing and extra tile work. The total cost was 650 dollars. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat! Tony you are the best and you are a very honest person. I"m sorry it took a while for me to write this. Please let anyone to know to call me for a recommendation.

I am disappointed in the way Imran handled my call to return 5 months after he serviced my fireplace. Imran said the gas fireplace can charr the logs; but the safety inspector at Enbridge said it should burn clean and ticketed my fireplace as a hazard. I paid to clean the chimney, and when I asked Imran to return to fix the fireplace problem (as he assured me he would if I had problems within a year), he was not agreeable. He stated he would charge me again. It is not an issue of price, but the guarantee of his work was not honoured.
