When our gas fireplace stopped working, I placed a service call with the business that sold and installed it. After waiting 4 weeks for them to contact me, I gave up waiting and searched online for a repairman. Thats when I found Imran, and what a valuable find that was! Hes usually very busy but the timing was right and the fireplace was soon fixed, cleaned and working perfectly. Imran is clearly an expert in the field and he takes great pride in his work. He went above and beyond and made a few safety and cosmetic improvements. As an individual, he was an absolute pleasure to chat with. Who knew that having something repaired could be such a pleasant experience? I will definitely be asking Imran to come back for regular service appointments.

I have a gas fireplace that hadnt been working for several years. It required a total overhaul to make it functional. Imran came highly recommended to me by one of his competitors as they were unable to attend my house. Imran called me within 1 day of calling his company and came over within days to assess the situation. He took note of what parts would be required and what cleaning and painting had to be done. We requested a cleaning and tune-up of our older model gas fireplace. Imran was very friendly and courteous, and conducted a very thorough cleaning and tune-up. We were very pleased with the service and our fireplace is performing like it was new again.

I live alone in a townhouse and rely entirely on my fireplace to heat my home, because my baseboard heaters no longer work.
Earlier this year the flame went out on my fireplace and I could not get it relite. I found a serviceman's number online and called right away, to be told I would have to wait a week for a service call. I scrambled to buy some space heaters and a week later he showed up and looked at my fireplace and told me the valve was faulty and he would have red tag my unit. I asked for a quote to fix the valve and he told me didn't work on these valves and I should buy a new fireplace. He even had the nerve to charge me for a service call after refusing to give me a quote.

Wanting a second opinion, I called another serviceman who came two days later. He agreed the valve was faulty, but would need a couple of days to get me a quote. I didn't hear anything for three days, so I called him and he told me that he did not have time to get all the prices and probably would not have time to do the work, at least he did not try to charge me

Frustrated I decided to call one more serviceman and was lucky enough to find Imran's number. He came the next day after I told him I used the unit to heat my home and proceeded to do a complete inspection of my fireplace. After seeing how professional he conducted himself I asked for a quote to do a compete overhaul of my fireplace. Imran gave me an amazing price to do the job and started working right away. After getting all parts needed, Imran came in and restored my fireplace to brand new condition. It looked and worked better than ever.

Imran is knowledgeable and offers excellent service. Imran completely updated one of our fireplaces and did repairs and maintenance to the others. He re-set the logs and added more rock wool which further naturalized the appearance of the fireplace flames. He followed up several weeks later to make sure we were pleased with the result and to see if we had any additional questions.

Imran saved us ten years ago when he came to repair the gas fireplace in our new condo, which was in deplorable shape, right around New Year. He impressed us as the consummate gas technician. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, he educated us about our fireplace. He explained what he was going to do in order to find the problem. He proceeded step by step, showing what he was doing and what he would do if that did not work. He fixed a few things that were defective or about to get there. He has become a friend and we are almost looking forward his annual service call to talk about our families. We were in need of service on our gas fireplace, which hadn't been looked at in over 10 years. Mr. Emamdee agreed to come to our house -- even though we were out of his service area -- because he said my son "sounded nice on the phone!" In retrospect, we got lucky. As other reviews have mentioned, he was friendly, professional, and meticulous, quickly diagnosing the problem and bringing our fireplace back to full working order, while eliminating a funny smell it was giving off. He even rearranged the logs and put down some beautiful crystal stones that my wife just loves -- this man has an artistic flair, too! But the most amazing thing of all -- which we think reflects what a special person Mr. Emamdee is -- is that he called us the day of the recent snow/windstorm to make sure we were OK! Needless to say, we recommend Mr. Emamdee wholeheartedly for any gas fireplace service you may need. God bless.

Imran fixed my 20+ year old fireplace this week. He was very friendly and very professional. After some diagnostic work, he gave me an estimate. Although the repair was more difficult and time consuming than was expected, he stuck with his original estimate. Much of the fireplace had to be taken apart but Imran was meticulous in his cleaning and rebuilding. I have to say that the fireplace now works and looks better that when it was new.

Imran pointed out a problem with a previous repair that was performed by another company. Although the previous repair corrected the problem I had at the time, the non-standard nature of the repair created some safety issues. The lesson for me was to make sure that fireplace repairs are done by experienced fireplace repair companies such as " Gas Fireplace Services and Repairs". I highly recommend Imran and know that he is now my "go to" person for any future fireplace issues.

Imran is not only incredible at what he does, he is also a wonderful person. He is very responsive and comes when he says he will. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explains everything to you. He was able to repair our old, neglected fireplace and made it run and look like new. We will be calling him every time we need a service or repair. If I could give more than 10 stars I would!
