Radoslav called me within a day of my posting and was at my house within the hour. Our exterior front door was almost impossible to open and close because the latch and lock wouldn't fully retract. Radoslav knew exactly what was wrong and used his ingenuity to adjust an old mechanism with worn parts. Now I can open and lock the door without any effort whatsoever. Radoslav was friendly and explained everything so I understood what was going on. I would definitely call this company again.

My husband and I agree this was the best repair experience ever. Our dishwasher wouldn't drain. Alex and Oleg explained and showed us exactly how they were investigating and fixing the problem. They also gave us lots of advice about buying and using appliances and even left their phone numbers in case we had further questions. Definitely will call them if another appliance breaks down.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking on the counter as well as under the sink. I phoned Mister Plumber Thursday afternoon and Alex was at our place as promised at 9:30 the next morning. He clearly explained what might be wrong, that he would have to remove and replace the faucet and stated what it would cost me. He also outlined the steps I would have to follow if I wanted to get a new faucet from the manufacturer. Within an hour he had finished his repairs, explained exactly what he had done and that, if the same thing happened again, how I could get a new part from the manufacturer. Perfect service as far as I'm concerned.

Vito did a great job with our home inspection. He was able to visit within 3 days of my contacting him and spent a few hours at our house. He told me what the priorities for improvement were, provided a lot of information on various options and was up to date on the current requirements of insurance companies (that were quite different than when we bought our house 20 years ago). So we now feel safer in our home and know what is required if we decide to put it on the market. I would definitely recommend Vito for a home inspection.

Kris Denmark gave us a very competitive quote and finished the installation of our boiler well within the time he estimated. He and Diego were polite and well-organized, fully answered all my questions and did a good clean-up after the installation. I would definitely use this company again.
