Called SMART CARE for an broken gargage door spring (decision was based on HomeStars reviews I read). Spoke with a polite person who quoted me a price to repair the spring. She sent Alon...he arrived 2 hours later and replaced BOTH springs (one was broken and the other was very old) as well as cable wires (which were badly rusted). Work was done in about 1 hour. Alon was a pleasure to work with. He is easy going and works efficiently. Would recommend and use their services again.

Alex promised to come at a specified time and came exactly as promised....which is really nice to have for planning purposes. He replaced a leaky master shut-off valve in the basement (the city needed to shut off the external street valve before the work inside could begin). He performed the job quickly and efficiently, with no mess whatsoever. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire him (and his firm) again.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Replaced an old bubble acrylic/plastic style skylight with a new and modern flat double-layer coated glass style from Skylights Unlimited. The experience was excellent from the first phone call onwards. The visit by the sales professional was informative and he clearly knew his stuff. When the installation team arrived....they came exactly on time and were able to finish the job complete quickly (within the specified time), they did a great job matching the new roof shingles to the old shingles (great color match). And an important aspect....the installation crew removed all old skylight and debris after the job was done. Overall the job looks great and my skylight doesn't leak anymore. They are a very professional firm and I have already recommended them to others. Cheers GMK

Neethan and his crew did an excellent job to repair some damages eavesdrops. He offered some suggestions, was very easy to deal with and did quality work fast. I'd recommend him.
