An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Replaced an old bubble acrylic/plastic style skylight with a new and modern flat double-layer coated glass style from Skylights Unlimited. The experience was excellent from the first phone call onwards. The visit by the sales professional was informative and he clearly knew his stuff. When the installation team arrived....they came exactly on time and were able to finish the job complete quickly (within the specified time), they did a great job matching the new roof shingles to the old shingles (great color match). And an important aspect....the installation crew removed all old skylight and debris after the job was done. Overall the job looks great and my skylight doesn't leak anymore. They are a very professional firm and I have already recommended them to others. Cheers GMK
