I bought a vent hood - the size of the hood was not on the main web page describing the product. I assumed it was 30 inches. I didn't notice in the fine print of the specs section it was 24 in. To correct the mistake after delivery I ordered a 30 in vent, but, I had to pay a 25% restocking fee an extra $56.45 delivery fee. I had good experiences before, but be very sure about what you are ordering before giving out your credit card info.

I called because my LG washing machine was broken. Very few places repair LG appliances. I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment. The repairman was very nice and we had to order a part to complete the repair. The part was in stock and I was assured it would be available the next day. I called for a follow up appointment that day, and was told they will not book a follow up appointments until the part is in. I told them I didn't want to wait a long time for another appointment, as we had no dishwasher and wanted to secure an appointment time for this week. They refused to make the appointment. By the time the part was in, there were no more bookings available for new appointments that week, so I had to wait another week with no dishwasher. It's been over three weeks since I called and we still have no functional dishwasher.

Foci and Hamid worked very hard to ensure the split system A/C was installed properly. We were pleased with their workmanship. I have no reservations in recommending them to others.

Matthew made multiple repeated trips to our home as well as the parts supplier to get the job done. We were very impressed by his determination to get the job done properly. He even helped out with another small job while he was on site.
