Michael was asked to install an EV charger on an exterior brick wall. The project involved running a new wire from our electrical box, across the width of our home. We live in an old house, and the job involved fishing a very thick 220V cable through our finished ceilings. Michael struggled for an hour fishing the line. We both realized that the easy way out of this stumbling block was to cut a hole in our 73 year old textured plaster ceiling. We were very grateful that he persevered, and got the wire though without damaging the old ceiling. We are very grateful for his skill and professionalism. They rebuilt an old shower stall - it was a difficult job given it was surrounded by 65 year old tiles that I wanted to keep. I was very happy with their work.

I bought a vent hood - the size of the hood was not on the main web page describing the product. I assumed it was 30 inches. I didn't notice in the fine print of the specs section it was 24 in. To correct the mistake after delivery I ordered a 30 in vent, but, I had to pay a 25% restocking fee an extra $56.45 delivery fee. I had good experiences before, but be very sure about what you are ordering before giving out your credit card info.

I called because my LG washing machine was broken. Very few places repair LG appliances. I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment. The repairman was very nice and we had to order a part to complete the repair. The part was in stock and I was assured it would be available the next day. I called for a follow up appointment that day, and was told they will not book a follow up appointments until the part is in. I told them I didn't want to wait a long time for another appointment, as we had no dishwasher and wanted to secure an appointment time for this week. They refused to make the appointment. By the time the part was in, there were no more bookings available for new appointments that week, so I had to wait another week with no dishwasher. It's been over three weeks since I called and we still have no functional dishwasher.

Foci and Hamid worked very hard to ensure the split system A/C was installed properly. We were pleased with their workmanship. I have no reservations in recommending them to others.

Matthew made multiple repeated trips to our home as well as the parts supplier to get the job done. We were very impressed by his determination to get the job done properly. He even helped out with another small job while he was on site.
