I have never used a company that prioritized customer satisfaction as much as Fiber Protect. Paul Lucas works incredibly hard to ensure that you will be satisfied with the service that his company provides. He is very proud of his product and goes out of his way to ensure that the company meets your requirements. He adjusts his schedule to meet your's so that you are not in the least inconvenience. He explains how the product works to protect the furniture and returns calls promptly. I offer my highest recommendation for Fiber Protect and Mr. Lucas.

Our shower has one wall and the floor which are made from very small marble tiles. It looks great but because there is a lot of grout, it is very difficult to clean. Jay came promptly at the agreed time and did an excellent job. He is a real perfectionist and applied three different treatments to the shower. The difference is stunning. All my elbow grease with different compounds done weekly made an insignificant change. With Jay's treatment, it looks new. I recommend Steam Kleen without reservation. Great job.

This is the second time that we have used VCS Aluminum. This speaks to the confidence I have in the work that Vitaly does. Our soffits were damaged by a recent wind storm. One panel fell off and another was half off. Vitaly came out the next evening and secured the soffit that was partially off. He then came back the following day at the agreed time and re-installed the panel that had fallen off. Vitaly does excellent work at a reasonable price. The soffit was in a very difficult position to access. Not only did Vitaly do the work that we had discussed, but he made sure that other panels were secure. He did not charge extra for this. Vitaly obviously takes pride in his work, this combined with a reasonable cost, a high level of expertise, reliability and a friendly personality makes me a very satified repeat customer. I highly recommend VCS Aluminum.

I used Flavio for the third time. He is always reliable, punctual and does a good job. This time, our kitchen faucet needed replacement. Flavio suggested a couple of suppliers and even spoke to the supplier when we were in his store to ensure that the faucet selected would work in our particular situation. He came at the agreed time and did a fine job. I have recommended him in the past and would do so again.

Doru is in a class by himself when discussing contractors. He is absolutely amazing! He comes at the arranged time; his work is excellent; he is a perfectionist when critiquing his work; he looks for ways to improve the product - things you don't even notice yourself; is creative; is trustworthy; has integrity.

I found Vitaly offered prompt, courteous, high quality work at a reasonable price. He came to my home the same day that I phoned him and repaired the damaged vinyl siding on the front of our home. He explained how he would do the job and described how others would do it differently in order to charge more for labour. He cleaned up after completing the job and explained the proper steps that I should take to maintain the siding. I could not be more pleased with the work that Vitaly did and I recommend him highly.
