Found Greg at the home show and have been amazed with the versatility of the product that he provides. Price wise the cost per foot is better than the granite or quartz with checked out. The possibilities, and uses, for the product appear to be endless and Greg's ability to deliver on his word and help us design has been exceptional. Concrete may not be for everyone but we are pleased that we found surface concepts and went with the product and Greg.

Gord's name was passed onto us by a friend who had him do work. Gord from start to finish went above and beyond to ensure that the job he did was exceptional. Not only did he take the time and care to ensure that his work was beyond our expectations he also went behind the other trades and took the time to fix many of the issues that they created ( patching drywall - moving a light etc...). Gord was easy to work with and great at taking the time to help us visualize on a larger scale the colour choices. When we changed our mind Gord accommodated our requests without hesitation or cost. We've already passed Gord's name on to family and friends and will be bringing him back for any future work we do. Gord was a lucky find for us. Would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Artistic stair did the rails for our stairs. Took the time to come out and help us select the design then came out twice to meet with us to go over the things we didn't understand. Rail looks great and they were easy to work with. Would use them again

Pavel and his guys are exceptional - not only for the quality of work they do but also for the genuine kindness that they show. Knowing our situation these guys refused to take full payment ( This is the one trade that I believe earned it). They came in and laid wood throughout our entire house, and completed the wood on the stairs, in 3 days. They cleaned up after themselves, took the time to meet us and the stair rail company to ensure the rails made sense when we thought the rails didn't. In addition Pavel pointed us to others that he knew to help us as well. The other trades that have come in, since Picture Perfect completed the job, are asking for the company that did our flooring and stairs because of the quality of work. Highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again with no hesitation.

Hired pro-solutions to come in and do all the heating and plumbing for a new home. Price wise they were higher than some but the professionalism and quality of work is exceptional (sometimes you get what you pay for). Kept a schedule and worked around the difficulties that were inherent with the project. Found solutions to issues and pointed out things to consider moving forward. The entire team of trades were helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Other trades and inspectors have commented on the clean work they have done.

Elliot is a slick salesman but can't deliver on his word. We had our builder take our money and run and Elliot heard about us and contacted us. He seemed good intentioned and presented a solid product. We stressed the need to have the job done in a timely fashion. Elliot said it would be 6 - 8 weeks. At 10 weeks we started calling to see what the hold up was. No one was providing answers and at 15 weeks Elliot called and left a nasty message saying we we're tormenting him - asking about the windows, Finally at 17 weeks they were delivered and installed. The installers did a poor job and many of the windows weren't plumb. The doors weren't properly shimmed and I has to call after 3 weeks to get them to fix a door so the siders could continue. They didn't return the call and I ended up paying another person to come and fix the door. (Problem is the top of the door is narrower than the bottom). In addition to all this the bill was higher than the agreed upon contract. Finally, not all products were delivered and 4 months after the install we are still waiting for a door -which was supposedly sent to be repaintined. Elliot makes excuses for his lack of ability to deliver and blames others. I suspect the company won't survivie much longer. Avoid this company save your money and your time.

professional, efficient, and patient are three words that best describe my experience with Empire. They came in and help to identify potential issues with backing and set a schedule and stuck to it. Because of our situation they were understanding and worked with us. Excellent quality throughout and theu crews were friendly and helpful. Made sure to clean up after the job and went the extra mile to make things right when they were already wrong. Highly recommend them to others.

Milton at AB renovations came to our aid after the builder took the money and ran. He provided support not only for the job he was paid to do but also with other issues that were left by the builder. Exterior framing was poor but AB renovations did their best to ensure that the presentation of their work concealed the framing issues without detracting from the overall appearance. In addition Milton was patient and understanding with our timeline and supervised and inspected th quality of work. Finally, AB renovations came in under the 4 other quotes that we received for the same work and were willing to work with us. I would recommend this comapny to anyone.
