7 rugs, had some colour run on a handmade rug, now looks clean. Great service, always accommodating my requests, great advice. On time and very good quality cleaning at the right price.

Cleaned a fee rugs, one of them is the main pad for my dog. As usual this business did a very good job cleaning the rugs, was on time, offered advice on a couple of repairs I needed. All this was done safely and with due consideration of the COVID protocols.

Persian Rug Services
Had 6 windows installed in the basement, brick-to-brick, about 10 yrs ago. The windows are still working well after all this time. Never had to call for any issues until recently, and for a minor replacement of a latch which broke for reasons not related to the quality of the windows. The company was very responsive and helpful.

Casa Bella replaced all my ground level windows, with a brick-to-brick installation. The sales process was great, provided the information and answered the questions without taking hours. There were no pressure tactics like other companies did (I got a quote from a bother self-proclaimed high end company that told me that the discount they are offering is only good if I sign right away!!!). Price was fair and the quality of windows and installation was good. I wanted to work with a company that has their own manufacturing and own installation crews, and Casa Bella net both conditions. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have liked to see more info on what to expect in terms of logistics and the mess. This job included removal of the old windows, which is demolition and obviously will create dirt. While their crew cleaned up around the windows, there is more to that than just vacuuming in set spots (e.g dust all over the house). I Haven’t done this before and managing that ahead of time would have gone a long way. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

Thank you for submitting a detailed review. Appreciate you pointing out that we don't use pressure tactics and manufacture and install our won windows. With regards to the demolition and the dirt that gets created as a result, we do try our best to clean up around the work site, however should have made you aware of the the fact that dust from removal of the windows can be hard to contain and can settle in other areas of your house. Joe helped me with advice on what to do with my afghan chobi that had some damage from my dog. He did a great job to fix it and clean it very quickly. As a result I came back with another rug for cleaning.

Driveway, Front Stairs and Interlock around 3/4 of the house
A really big job and Nortown Paving was up for it. We were looking at redoing our driveway and about everything around the house to update the very old look. Mark from Nortown came to give me a quote the same day, was patient and offered great advice. He even drew a basic plan of the work for me. Mark’s crew generally stayed within the established deadlines, quickly fixed work that was not to our liking, did not cut corners, did not go over the budget and worked rather cleanly without breaking anything. Overall a great job and the first Contractor I did not have much to complain about – rare! Strongly recommend!
