Casa Bella replaced all my ground level windows, with a brick-to-brick installation. The sales process was great, provided the information and answered the questions without taking hours. There were no pressure tactics like other companies did (I got a quote from a bother self-proclaimed high end company that told me that the discount they are offering is only good if I sign right away!!!). Price was fair and the quality of windows and installation was good. I wanted to work with a company that has their own manufacturing and own installation crews, and Casa Bella net both conditions. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have liked to see more info on what to expect in terms of logistics and the mess. This job included removal of the old windows, which is demolition and obviously will create dirt. While their crew cleaned up around the windows, there is more to that than just vacuuming in set spots (e.g dust all over the house). I Haven’t done this before and managing that ahead of time would have gone a long way. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

The team was fantastic - Ronnie for quotes and admin; and Billy, Donny, Noel, Mike and Andrew for all the installation work. I have nothing but praise for them. They were friendly and efficient. My little one kept walking through the work area and the installation team went out of their way to make it a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, including him. I was happily surprised at how smooth the process was. Great team; great work - I will totally go back to them when more windows need to be replaced!

From sales, Dan, to the installation team of Billy, Donny, Andrew and Josh, and follow up service everyone was polite, professional and responsive. Great customer service all around which is something hard to come by these days. Excellent! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for future needs as we only did about half of the windows in our house this time.

We were a bit worried about the cost and process of replacing all of our windows in our 50's built home, but after reading other reviews on homestars we gave casa bella a call. Erik was great at explaining the process and guiding us through it all. the install team (Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel) were fantastic!! They were professional and very respectful of our home. But what stood out most for me was their dedication, attention to detail and their ability to have fun while working. It honestly felt like family was over doing a few things for me. If you're looking for windows and doors Casa Bella is definitely the way to go. Hands down!

Outstanding sales, product and workmanship. Kyle and crew were exceptional. Consistently showed up at 9 every day, did an excellent job and really seemed to enjoy and take pride in what they did. Before choosing Casa Bella to replace all the windows in my house I spoke to representatives of two other companies with good reviews on HomeStars. Those two did not provide important information that Mathew at HomeStars did, nor were they as knowledgeable or professional. Moreover, Mathew explained things to us that we would not have thought to have asked ourselves that turned out to be important. My favourable impression of Mathew and Casa Bella was reinforced during a second meeting at their show room and we firmed up the deal.

The job was started on the exact date promised and the crew arrived punctually each day for the install.

I can't say enough good things about Billy, Spanky, Donny, Andrew, Noel, Mike and Rey, all of whom participated in the four day installation. They installed the windows properly, answered questions patiently, and were extremely friendly guys who my wife and I genuinely enjoyed having in our home!

At the end of each day the crew cleaned up meticulously.

Overall, a wonderful experience.....and.....the Windows look great!
