Casa Bella replaced all my ground level windows, with a brick-to-brick installation. The sales process was great, provided the information and answered the questions without taking hours. There were no pressure tactics like other companies did (I got a quote from a bother self-proclaimed high end company that told me that the discount they are offering is only good if I sign right away!!!). Price was fair and the quality of windows and installation was good. I wanted to work with a company that has their own manufacturing and own installation crews, and Casa Bella net both conditions. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have liked to see more info on what to expect in terms of logistics and the mess. This job included removal of the old windows, which is demolition and obviously will create dirt. While their crew cleaned up around the windows, there is more to that than just vacuuming in set spots (e.g dust all over the house). I Haven’t done this before and managing that ahead of time would have gone a long way. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

With regards to the demolition and the dirt that gets created as a result, we do try our best to clean up around the work site, however should have made you aware of the the fact that dust from removal of the windows can be hard to contain and can settle in other areas of your house.
