I hired Studio Linea to stage a century old townhouse that I was going to be selling. Patrick came out to see the house and was very interested in staging it for us. We had to scale back the original quote and had removed some staging on the 2nd level. As this was an investment property we had a budget that we had to stay withing and Patrick made it work for us. The house showed extremely well and we received many compliments. The house ended up selling within the week for over ask and was the second highest priced townhouse sold in the Roncessvalle Vilalge area. We would use this company again for our next project. Very professional service right from the start. Gary and his staff are exceptional. Prompt in getting back to you and precise in his schedule and timing of the project. Hi, This is the second time that I have called Imran for service. This time it was for a fireplace that wouldn't start up at an investment property I own. Imran was able to work on a Sunday and fixed the problem. My tenants even commented on how great his services were. My tenants are from France and he was even speaking french with them. Imran came over and fixed my fireplace and was very honest in the different options I had and clearly he was not interested in selling me the most expensive option he was giving me true professional advise. I called Oleg for an estimate on a Tile Cleaning job, he was able to come and quote the job on the same day. The job was just completed and the tiles look amazing! The tiles in my entrance are white again.. Oleg is very polite, prompt, and has respect for your home. I would highly recommend his services.
