Studio Linea Home Staging And Redesign

I hired Studio Linea to stage a century old townhouse that I was going to be selling. Patrick came out to see the house and was very interested in staging it for us. We had to scale back the original quote and had removed some staging on the 2nd level. As this was an investment property we had a budget that we had to stay withing and Patrick made it work for us. The house showed extremely well and we received many compliments. The house ended up selling within the week for over ask and was the second highest priced townhouse sold in the Roncessvalle Vilalge area. We would use this company again for our next project.
