PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WORST SERVICE!!! Once the sale is done, basically the customer service will not entertain you. I bought appliances worth of 10K (refrigerator, gas stove, electric stove, exhaust hood, washer and drier). I paid for the stacking kit and the services to install. After installation, when I started using the drier, it was making a noise that was coming from the stacking kit due to faulty installation. On calling them, they said we spoke to the installation dept and they said it can't be a installation problem so check with the manufacturer. On calling the manufacturer, they said if its not the appliance's problem we can't service this issue. This happened a couple of times and now the CAS says, since the installation date is more than 3 months, we can't do anything as this is out of warranty from us.

Emin is quick to respond and gave a quote based on the information provided. A very transparent guy to deal with. The work was done professionally and completed nicely on the scheduled time.

Emran is punctual and a very reliable person when it comes to the quality of work and the schedule. He came on time and did the gas pipe installation to connect our new gas stove. He also added a water line for my freeze and did all with perfection. The materials that he used are also of good quality. He went an extra mile, taking some time to explain us the features so that we understand how the gas stove and the water connection works - Do's and Dont's. On top of all these, despite having a 6 months old quote, he honoured it today though its a busy summer time. I will definitely recommend him and wish him all the best!

Denis is very professional and have really good expertise in wall mounting. I got my TV mounted along with wire concealment and sonos bar mounted too. He is quite detailed oriented and it was evident from the way he mounted the sound bar. On top of this I was amazed to see him carrying a portable vacuum, ensuring he leaves no mess! A nice guy indeed!

Javid is a very professional and straight forward guy. His expertise shows in his work. I had to get my central vacuum relocated and it seemed tricky. Even my contractor who was then renovating the basement said this can't be done. I was not hopeful but spoke to Javid and he was ready to visit on the same day. In few min he made out a way and then said this can be done and he did it flawlessly. A real problem solver.

Viras had been really transparent about the material and the process on how he and his team(his brother) is going to complete the work from the day 1. He work had been very professional and ensured no unnecessary paint marks are left anywhere. The way he wrapped the fixture and the lights and covered the floor is remarkable and outstanding. He did put a lot of effort to ensure the same. The finished work is really nice and he was able to stick to the timelines he promised. On top of this, as a person he is very reliable and will do the work as promised with no changes in between. He was very accommodative as he agreed to my additional request to add one basement bathroom which was out of scope of his work initially for a very nominal amount. I was referred to him through one of my very close friend and I decided to go with him as my friend vouched for his work. After having a first hand experience, I felt he lived up to out expectation and I highly recommend Vividcoat Painting Ltd for their superior professionalism. Keep up your good work Viras!!
