Great job!...Taking the time to go through the the project with lots of relevant information about materials and labour is definitely what won us over to this company. We met with 4 roofers in Toronto and honestly 3 were great contenders all within $200 of each other. In the end, we chose the one that went above and beyond in educating us. We were not disappointed. The work took place on time and on budget. 4 guys, one full day--it was done! Professional Roofers takes quality control seriously. A post-installation inspection is part of their process...and Sebastian went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with pre-installation leaks and post-installation payment. We also liked the fact that this company installs a Canadian product.

These guys worked with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the windows they replaced throughout our house. We live in Toronto and the work was carried out in Ottawa--making it hard for me to be on top of things at all times. But they were!--- easy to work with, great product, warranty, installation, totally understanding of the challenges and accommodating on all fronts. Thanks guys, it's nice to know that we could trust you to do a great job even when we weren't able to be there. :-) I have only good things to say about Verdun Doors & Windows and recommend them without hesitation.

A boiler heats our house, so after suffering through one Toronto summer without A/C, we decided that 2012 would be different. After an extensive search for the best solution and best service provider, we hired "Spring Home Heating & Cooling" and were very satisfied with the whole experience. Cy presented us with various options and in the end he won us over because he was able to provide us with a solution that would give us a cool home without busting our budget. The job was carried out on time and on budget .

Our Thanksgiving supper left us with sewage backup in basement crawl space-YAK! First, we called the City to make sure that the problem did not originate from City drains, but that proved unfruitful since we could not take-off the clean-out cap probably stuck there for 50 years. So after reviewing this Website we decided to contact Mister Plumber. These guys are responsible, pleasant and they deliver "satisfaction" not a easy task because we encountered several obstacles including: -collapsed drain pipe on City side, unusually deep drain pipes (34 in down) and weeping tiles above the drainage system that led to infiltration of ground water into the backwater valve pit. This meant that stagnant water was lurking under the basement floor -and was simply unacceptable to us. Mister Plumber agreed to remove the fullport backwater valve they had installed initially and they installed the Adapt-A-Valve backwater valve instead...et voilà WATER GONE! Kudos for being patient also - I must have asked 1,000 questions...this was my 1st sewage backup ever, I needed to understand it all... I'm giving these guys a "9"- not a full "10" because it was obvious from the get-go that the water table would be a problem. The Adapt-A-Valve is much better suited to situations like ours and it seems to me that they should have known. But in the end the problem was resolved -NO HASSLE whatsoever. Thanks guys! CC

Choosing the "right material" and "colour" to match our new kitchen cabinets, new floor tile, appliances and backsplash -and meet our budget constraints was made so much easier by the Team at Latitude - First of all, I was able to visit the site giving me a good appreciation for this company's commitment to "excellence" and "customer satisfaction" Kevin took the time to explain the various products and price points. What I got was "real - genuine" interest -not just smoke in mirrors. I was able to take samples home -YES! (some places don't allow it) and when we got totally confused, Kevin was there to nudge us in a direction that respected the look & feel we were aiming for. I visited many places in Toronto, many were top notch, but in the end Latitude delivered above and beyond - More---when the countertop is installed next week.
