Thomas was friendly and professional. The windows look great. Thomas called the service department to order a different style of handle for the kitchen window and it was delivered and installed the same day. Very pleased with the service.

I recommend staying far away from this company.
They broke off a stone off of the front of my house while taking my old window out, told my husband that was home at the time that they could not complete the flashing on the window because of the missing stone. Then the installer told my husband that they are not responsible for fixing it because they just do windows. So now I sit here after paying 11 grand for windows with an incomplete job and they are refusing to come back and complete repair stating my husband told the installers it was no big deal and he would figure it out himself and that is not the case. They packed up and were on the way out but mentioned it to him when he noticed a pile of flashing on the deck that they were leaving there for him to finish THEIR JOB.
Not to mention the shards of flashing they left all over my deck, the plants in the garden they crushed and ripped out of the ground, and the awful chalking job they did which they also refused to fix.
I do not recommend this company at all!

From our first meeting with the Verdun sales representative through to installation the experience has been superb. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable of not only Verdun products but other potential options. As we have an older home Verdun was able to deliver high quality windows of varying shapes and sizes that matched the era of the house. On delivery we had two highly professional skilled installers. They were faced with the challenge of installing, insulating and capping a dozen windows in an older home surrounded by flower beds. Their workmanship was outstanding, they were polite and took extra steps not to damage any flower beds. As they moved from room to room they left no mess inside or outside. On the final inspection the senior installer noted small adjustments that we had not seen and reported them and Verdun has taken steps to correct them.
In summary our experience with Verdun was outstanding. We would definitely recommend Verdun and their team.

This window is very long and not very wide. It is also very high off the ground on the outside. The new window was installed by two men, who did a very good job. They also cleaned everything up when they were finished. I purchased a new front door from this company two years ago. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with my windows and doors. Great Quality windows and professional installation. The cost was very reasonable. Wait time for installation was less than quoted. Only complaints were long waits waiting for sales person to respond to my emails or texts and for some reason only one of our rooms was left uncleaned and coated in dust. Otherwise a perfect experience.
