Our chest freezer stopped working and we decided to purchase a new stand up model. After looking at several retailers I found the model I wanted at Leons. I had to seek out a salesperson to get service. I pointed out the model I wanted and explained that I needed the freezer immediately. The price posted on the freezer included delivery and I said I would like to pick the freezer up so could they deduct the cost of delivery from the price. This is apparently "not possible". I purchased the freezer from Leons however if I had been able to wait I would have purchased elsewhere. The salesperson's attitude was poor and customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.

We broke a window and Crystal Glass replaced it promptly at a reasonable price. After doing some comparison shopping we found them to be considerably less expensive than three other competitors.

Helpful, friendly staff. I find the store a little cramped if there is more than one customer inside. I am happy with the job that was done framing this item. I think they are a bit more expensive than other framing places so I will check around a bit more before I go back again.

I used Reliance for the install of our air conditioning and I was so impressed by the installers and the company in general that I thought they would be a great choice to clean our furnace as well. Not as impressed with this side of their company. I was told they would arrive between 12 pm & 4 pm, they didn't arrive until 5:30 pm and I did not receive a phone call telling me this until 3:45 pm so I stayed home all afternoon for nothing. The guys they sent to do this job not nearly as professional as their other employees. They were not particularly careful with their equipment on my freshly painted walls or my hardwood floor. One of them went out the back door to access something and then came back in on the hardwood leaving piles of snow all over. I chose this company because of my previous experience, they were definitely not the best price. I will not be calling them back next year to clean my furnace.

We are very happy with our new window. The installation was quick, the installers professional. The new window blends seamlessly with the interior and exterior of the house. The recommendation by the salesman suited our needs. My only hesitation in using them again is price.

Very professional, clean, from the initial inspection to the installation they were on time and answered all our questions. The installers cleaned up inside and out I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Dog ate the gas hose off the bbq and the bbq stores didn't have any hose in stock. Amre had what I needed and someone who knew what they were talking about. Got me the fittings and I was back on the deck grilling for dinner.

I love this place! They have the coolest stuff. I haven't found anywhere that has the same type of gardening equipment. We bought a seeder and it cut our planting time by 75% or more. No more time on my hands and knees trying to space things evenly. Only problem comes at harvest time when you realize how much you planted. :0

Our bedroom window glass cracked so I phoned Gienow. On the phone the operator was able to pull up the records (the builder used Gienow) so I didn't even need to measure. They arranged for an installer within 10 days. The installer had the broken window out and new one installed in less than an hour. Very efficient.

On time, polite, friendly, skilled and fixed right the first time. They will be my first choice the next time I have a problem with any of my household appliances.
