We made the mistake of trusting leisure industries to replace our pool liner. 3 months later I have just been told by Desi that his team won't be removing stones from under the liner or installing the liner lock which was left on the floor to the side of our pool. Also the skimmer face plate will not be completed. Desi's can't be trusted and once they have your money it's onto the next customer. The main contractor (Chris) is quite intimidating and seems some what unstable. So many people doing pool work avoid this company like the plague. We are left getting a third party in to correct the work and and expensive bill for our misplaced trust.

We are very sorry you are not happy with our work. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and equipment, so it was very disappointing to read your review. To comment on some of the concerns raised, you contracted Leisure Industries by CLH Ltd to install a pool liner. As discussed at the time, the stones you refer to were not caused by the new liner installation; they were embedded in the concrete base and date back to when the pool was originally built. We would gladly have put a new bottom in the pool but since you did not want to incur the extra cost, we were not contracted to do this work. Additionally, Leisure Industries by CLH Ltd. purchased a new liner lock for your pool three months ago and you said you would let us know if you wanted it. It is still in the warehouse, awaiting your response. Our goal is to please and create long-lasting relationships with our customers and we are sorry if you felt the need to bring in another contractor. We met TMC at a trade show and were interested in restoring our old worn out sofa. We initially just wanted it re-covered. Some weeks went and we were contacted again and agreed to a home visit to what could be done... A sales rep turned up (at agreed time) and it was agreed our sofa was a good candidate for restoration. An endless supply of fabric choices to choose from we eventually found one we liked, literally anything you could think of was available. Other details such as cushions and type of foam (whatever filling material was suitable) were discussed and after sever hours our choices were made. A price agreed our sofa was taken away within an hour - we were left unsettled by this. But I should mention the guys were careful and removed shoes and treated our home with the utmost respect. We heard nothing for some weeks and for some unknown reason I googled TMC and didn't like what I saw. At this point we were so disturbed we just thought of it as dead money and went looking around another sofa. Just as well we could find what we wanted as a few days later we were contacted about our sofa and some suggestions (no extra cost) So our sofa was going to be restored..... Likes and dislikes.. more likes really! If you had a bad experience i'm so sorry but we can only speak as we find. Businesses evolve and change from good to bad and bad to good and i'm not trying to undermine your reviews we are genuine homestars and speak as we find. Our review of a dishonest trader windows doors still stands ( lots of effort and proof required but we did it ) and in the coming months pool installer that has been unscrupulous will be on here, the report will be scathing and hopefully a warning to others to stay away ! So TMC : I didn't like the high pressure sales tatics, being without a sofa for just under 3 months. That the original was taken so quickly it was unsettling. I did like : The immediate responses to any queries we had once it was apparent to us that you were reputable. The unwaving follow up to remind us to contact you for suggestions to improve the final finish and details of the restoration. The politeness and overall helpfulness of the your restoration team. The updates on the progress of the work. The quality of the work, amazing even now we look at new furniture in stores and now appreciate what you were saying (very annoying we hadn't thought to look from that perspective and now can't stop) Did I say the quality of the workmanship ? The amazing choices we were given, basically we can have whatever we want. The after sales service, once you had our money the great service continued thanks for the free connectors and delivering them to our home so far away it was appreciated. So do we recommend them ? Buy with confidence we completely recommend TMC and would not hesitate to use them again. Wonderful workmanship and very professional from start to finish. 10/10

$460 as I recall but we went for lots of options yours might cost less. We are invoice 36913 from Oakville. Feedback is an odd thing as when people are content they don't bother with it however if displeased they readily complain. Our experience is this. Didn't spot the email response as the email address used went to spam so we missed the fact that we were contacted immediately. The cover arrived much sooner than expected. The cover itself was not as described it is completely over engineered and the quality of stitching could only be equalled by the leather seats in an exotic high end sports car or designer handbag sold in stores that are so exclusive that absolutely nobody may enter because they are not good enough. We are beyond delighted, great price, wonderful customer service, and made in Canada. 5 honest and deserved stars. 10 out of 10 !!

I said 500 $ but can't remember exactly as a few months ago. Highly recommended as is Alonso, must be good forgot what we paid but remember the hard working gent that treated our home with respect. All new holes expertly recovered very thorough work. Any company that does not cold call or advertise and relies on word of mouth must be confident. 100% recommend and 5 Solid Stars. This is what home stars is all about.

The door colour was not as described, the finish was not as described and the quality of installation was appalling. This pales into insignificance with the rude and aggressive customer service. Not many reviews on here so guessing bad ones are deleted?

Greyhound bolted from rear garden through gate and caught outside tap on wall. Pipe sheared flush with wall so access from inside the house behind drywall to do the repair. Pipe replaced isolation valve fitted drywall repaired area left clean and tidy. Response time as water was coming in the house . 45 minutes ! Also called city water engineer to replace main stop valve in house as valve was passing. Must say quality of drywall repair was superior, very professional job all round. Thanks! (oh and the nutty greyhound hobbled the rest of the day but is absolutley fine now and has just had a 30 minute walk !)
