Very quick service. They came in, reassured me that they were professionals and that they would be able to manage this work and were available to do it within the week. They put in 2 air scrubbers in the house to clean the air of the whole house. They gave me an estimate of how long the work would take and completed it within the time frame. Would happily recommend them to others.

Waited for Jason to return so that he could fix several of my appliances. He was able to order the parts necessary and fixed my ceramic stove top. He gave me advise regarding my fridge and maintenance which was very helpful.

They came to unblock a kitchen sink. Unfortunately the snake that they used got stuck in the walls within the basement ceiling. They had to cut 4 -5 holes in the basement to locate their stuck equipment to remove it. Costly experience for me.

Grass seed was not effective last year on patches of the lawn. As promised they came this year to reapply seed and soi. They were efficient and honour their promise.

Excellent service. 2 inspectors came. Provided full disclosure with tips and cd for home renovations. They also gave a warranty for the home inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone buying a home.

Found that I have had to call several times for reapplication. First time did not seem to work on my lawn. On one occasion they committed to a service however later it was denied. They told me that they had a recording so I asked them to find the recording and play it to me. The latter half of the conversation was chopped off! (of course that was the part that was relevant for me)

On installation of my wall oven the front glass panel shattered. Immediately I called Bad Boy, sent photographs. We worked together through the process and within 3 weeks a new wall oven was deelivered to me.
