I ordered my stove October 6th and Bad Boy accepted my money October 7th. I emailed for ETA of delivery aren’t got an email back telling me mid October. On October 15th after not hearing from Bad Boy I called and emails for almost a week, being disconnected multiple time’s and transferred around multiple times as no one seemed to care about my concern for the product I have already paid for.
I was told the delivery estimation was wrong and it will be an additional 6-8 weeks!!! I currently don’t have a stove and now I have to wait another 2 months.
I’m obviously frustrated at this point as I can’t wait. I was offered a smaller unit 4.8 cu ft With 4 burners not the 5.0 Cu ft 5 burners that I ordered which is insulting. I was told there was nothing else they could do. I was not happy with this so I was again transferred to a manager who would call me back same day which again didn’t happen.
A manager from Ottawa Even called me the next day who was very dismissive and wouldn’t give me an opportunity to explain my situation with out cutting me off and then had to take another call mid conversation instead of helping me. He told so “I see we have offered you other options but you didn’t want that” I was offered one option that was a smaller unit with less options, so no I did not want that. He then attempted to up sell me on a different model telling me he could do it for 999 when it’s on sale for 949 on your website. I’m insulted that I’m being asked to pay more money to have a service I have paid for already to be taken care of. I called Even our on the price and the fact that he’s up selling me in to which he argued. Up selling an upset customer is a disgusting sales tactic and being told I’m wrong is disrespectful. The experience prior to speaking with Evan was bad but after my conversation with him I’m irate with the lack of customer service I have received. Evan continued to tell me good luck with Best Buy or Home Depot as they have the same problems but I’m not on the phone with them I’m on the phone with a “manager” from Bad boy. His attitude, constant interruptions, dismissiveness, putting me on hold so he can take calls, telling me I’m wrong and mocking me is appalling. I asked Evan for my money back and he told me next week!!!
Are you kidding me!!!
Not only have I been put out for 20+ days
Not only have I spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed
Not only have I been offered a lower end model or pay more as my ONLY 2 options
Not only have I been treated like garbage by a “manager”
But now I have to wait till next week for my own money!!!!
WOW your company really knows how to destroy a reputation.
Utterly disgusting costumer service.
And After being mocked for not being able to find a unit anywhere else I made 2 phone calls and can have the same model delivered next weekend so Evan so do his research and stop treating paying customers like their morons!!!
