Bought furniture on line. The order was accepted, did not say anything is out of stock. After almost 2 months, I still have no furniture and the many calls to their customer service (each time I call I am on hold for approx. 25 minutes) no one can help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and I am told someone will call back. I wait for a whole week and no calls. I call back to ask what is going on and I am told, they will have someone call me back. I ask to cancel the order and they tell me that all sales are final and I can't cancel the order. But I haven't received any furniture and they don't even have a date for availability. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I bought a dining set in Nov 25/22. I still have not received it almost 3 months now!

Long wait times with customer service up to forty minutes . Waited 8 months for delivery yet they charged my credit card from day one not when items ship. Exchanged an appliance for a cheaper model and they refused to refund me the difference in price. Customer service reps have no authority to issue refunds and refer it to managers who never call you back. Avoid this retailer .

I bought a freezer here because I saw it's free delivery, but after that I regrets and I should have pay the delivery fee and purchase elsewhere, it took forever to deliver and customer service can't do anything helpful for you

We placed an order on September 5th, there was no indication on the website that the item was not in stock. We emailed shortly after asking when delivery would be arranged, someone called and said 2-3 weeks. We called back when this timeline was not met and were told again 2-3 weeks. When that timeline was yet again not met we called again and were told the same thing. After 10 weeks the person on the phone, who was the only one we spoke to that seemed to care, said that we were not included in the next delivery and admitted that every employee we spoke to before us were intentionally misleading about the date. It has now been over 12 weeks, still no delivery. We called for a cancellation and refund and the woman on the phone was very rude. Tried to claim a week refused a refund and when we asked for a manager she hung up on us. Its over a 30- minute wait every time you call. They clearly oversell their items and do not care about customers. Avoid ordering from them at all costs unless you want to deal with a lengthy credit card dispute.

Bought my couch at LASTMANS BAD BOY in Barrie in June 2019 along with the comprehensive warranty. After just a couple years of sitting on couch right side has collapsed. Filed warranty claim along with pictures for repair over 7 months ago and called numerous times with no satisfaction. Today I get a phone msg saying sorry we wont repair we classify it as wear and tear. Personally I think a couch should last longer than 2-3 years. Obviously buying the warranty was a waste of money and the service was terrible.

Worst company ever...... I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 3 months now. I have had enough. Now it is reported to BBB. I was charged for an item before it was even in the warehouse. been trying to connect with the company for the last 2 months with NO reply from anyone. Also being told that they do not have supervisors that I can talk to and that my matter will be escalated. Still nothing a month after that last reply. NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE.......Buyers BEWARE. Go somewhere else, you will regret it if you have any kind of issue. they will charge you if you buy online and refuse to resolve or refund. I refuse to buy anything from here now and they WILL NOT refund my money that I had to also pay interest fees on, on my CC.

Bought a king bedframe from BadBoy and i recieved it damaged and missing half the parts.
Customer service hung up on me when i called and they have not responded to the 12 emails i have sent with pictures.
Going on 6 weeks and i am still sleeping on the floor.
This is the worst most disrespectful business that i have ever dealt with.
I live with constant chronic pain and was looking forward to having some relief for my back...
I have not slept a full nights sleep since this happened.
The stress of being brushed off and feeling ripped off.
I am on a cpp disability pension and it took me years to save to buy a new bed..(i purchased a new mattress from Leons with no problems)...
I have filed a dispute with credit card company its been 30 days and BadBoy has not even responded to credit company..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BADBOY!!!!

Have to cancel the order after waiting three months. But they never process the refund after another two months. Customer service agents can only say they will follow up with the managment but never got replys.

I bought a very specific (I did a ton of research for "the one" above the range oven that would work in my small space). They called me after I ordered and said that they didn't have it but would find me "something similar". When I inisited it must be this exact model, they said it was just back ordered and would be in by the end of the month. 2.5 months and MANY long wait on hold phone calls later....they finally authorized a refund and I ordered for somewhere else. 2 months after this, I realized I did not see the refund (its 700 dollars) and called. Not only had they NOT done it but they tried to tell my that it was now in a warehouse after MONTHs of no contact and THREE people telling me my refund was input and would be on my card in 4-6 weeks. Looks like a real big box company but NO. BEWARE!!!!
