Worst customer service ever
Bought furniture on line. The order was accepted, did not say anything is out of stock. After almost 2 months, I still have no furniture and the many calls to their customer service (each time I call I am on hold for approx. 25 minutes) no one can help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and I am told someone will call back. I wait for a whole week and no calls. I call back to ask what is going on and I am told, they will have someone call me back. I ask to cancel the order and they tell me that all sales are final and I can't cancel the order. But I haven't received any furniture and they don't even have a date for availability. WORST COMPANY EVER.
