Furniture review in Toronto

we bought the breakfast table before we moved to our new house so we paid advance too of 100$,
but on the day of the move they called us to tell us that they ran out off stock and they will give not give 100$ back and but they will give store credit only and the table will be deliverd to us after 5 months, after lot of discussions and fighting they gave us 100$ back , so please be precautious when you buy stuff from bad boy as their return policies are worst

Recliner Chair

I bought a recliner chair in June/07. I still think the price was to steep. over $700.00. A month later I see the same chair selling for $399.00.Needless to say I wont shop there again.I feel as if I got taken from Bad Boys on Dundas St.In Whitby.

Gas range Delivery Went bad

Purchased a gas range. floor model.
Great price.

They delivered it dented at 3 places, missing a leg and their customer service departments is TERRIBLE, you have to leave a voice mail.

Purchased all my appliances and a Big screen TV. Beat all competitors prices, there was a label missing on my fridge when it was delivered, Bad Boy staff were there the same day to fix it. We were so impressed, we went back and bought a leather sectional. Great price, great service, great staff. Definitely NOT too pushy. Thanks again guys!

Washer and Dryer set

Although the products were of High quality, I did encounter some problems with intallation. Bad Boy Customer Service flat out refused to help me and as a result I had to call a repairperson at a cost of $120 to assist in the installation of the washer and dryer.

Since each appliance installation is unique and often requires an assessment of your home by plumber, electrician or gasfitter, installation is a service Bad Boy recommends you obtain from a licensed professional.

I really like shopping at Bad Boy for their great selection and reasonable prices. You can really get some good deals if you go there on a regular basis. The one thing that has turned me off lately, however, is the slight 'in-your-face' approach of the staff - I don't like feeling pressured into spending $100s of dollars, and I often get that 'pressured' feeling from Bad Boy staff. Nonetheless, if you're willing to put up with a bit of 'oversalesmanship', then this is still a great place to find a deal.
