A Team Appliance Repair

Absolutely terrible. I got a quote on the phone to diagnose our dishwasher for $80. However, they convinced my spouse to pay $333 to look at the dishwasher and didn't fix anything.

I received a quote from A team, and they were 3x the price of Kampen appliance. The guy from A team came and he charged me $280 for 30 minutes of work. Never use this company. They will take advantage of you.

Dryer not working. Told they could get it working and would last maybe a year or so. They would cover repair for 30 days and it would work. Voikd not test while there as some gel/goo they used needed 7-9 hrs to dry. Tried 12 hours later- still broken. Will not reimburse or fix as promised. They say it needs another different fix. But I paid on premise reconditioning would work as temp fix.

No repair done, no new board installed as We had agreed and paid for. “Repair guy” left a different “board” supposed to be the old board, on counter with a wrapper.....really? Took us for over $700.00 then wanted another $1300.00 STAY CLEAR!

I had to "adjust my review as it was not specific enough for the repair/service so here it goes .....My washing machine would not complete the wash cycle, stuck in "spin" cycle. Technician came in gave me a quote of 316.00$ to "service" my washing machine . He said it was good to use after some "adjustments". This was a substandard service as the arm needed to be replaced

DO NOT call this service, described my issue when I called to the person who answered the phone....washer still working but it stops at various points in the the cycle however if I open and close the door then washer continues to work, water drains and the cycle finishes.
The technician insisted I needed a new drain pump.....I was puzzled as the pump would work if i opened and closed the door, however I listened.;
He returned a few days later installed the new drain pump assembly left the house without a wash cycle being completed ..... the washer behaved exactly the same way.;.....never worked! Said it takes too long to wait to check!
HOW CAN YOU BE SURE IT IS FIXED?
The technician retuned and then told me I told him I manually drained the washer when he first visited! I DID NOT.......and now I need a new control board.
He specifically told me on the first visit that is was not the control board......I have a background in physics and questioned the fact that it could pump would drain when I opened and closed the door.......He reassured me it was not the control board
Thought I had a company that stands by its work!
I have the old drain pump assembly but they will not return to take out their new one and put my old one back to confirm it was in fact the control board from the start.
They will however return to install a new control board.
ARE YOU KIDDING, I was taken for 797.00 dollars!

STAY FAR AWAY!I paid to have my oven repaired by obviously a rookie technician who was on the telephone the entire time he was "fixing" my oven. He not only did not fix it, but said that I would eventually need a $1350 main board. He said the repair should last up to 6 months. The have you sign off on the spot and because the oven was hot from the guy working on it, I could not test it. Sweeping my floor after, I found a piece he had not been put back. When I called the oxymoronic customer service, she was rude and condescending and made it clear there was not a guarantee that the appliance would work for even a minute after repair.
DO NOT trust the big Google Ads. That's how I got fooled. As well as when you Google a certified brand repair company (i.e., LG) that in fact it is a certified company. Call the company to get a list of certified repair company. If this company has so many bad reviews, how is it still able to be in business. Where is consumer Ontario?

Don’t use this company! What a rip off. They removed filters on our oven hood. Told us to clean them and then replace ourselves. They did not show us how to reinstall them. They said it was easy, and it was impossible to replace. They refused to come and put them back in. We had to pay for someone else to come and finish the job as they left us with our hood unusable. We hired and paid for them to do the d tire job and they didn’t finish it.

On October 12, 2021 booked an appointment for October 13, 2021 for window 11am to 2pm. I was quoted that service $80 and if any repair needed to be done $80 would be included in the repair fee. Waited until 2pm to call back to ask where a representative was, they mentioned they tried to get in touch with me to move my window to 3pm to 6pm - there was no attempt, I even confirmed what number they called. Finally they were like yes someone is on the way. The technician arrived and stated that for the dishwasher the mother board was no longer working but was fixable. I asked in his expert opinion would it make sense to just buy a new dishwasher instead in investing in a diagnose and repair of $250.00. He stated that he could fix it and it would be too expensive to buy a new dishwasher at $700.00. I asked him to call me back if a part needed to be included. I did not recieve a call back and total cams to $333 plus $395 additional for a part. My tenant stated that it was still not working. So I called the main line to get an understanding of the technical JP's comments. They basically told me that's the service and too bad. So I'm cautioning any individual to use another company before using this one as their business lacks integrity. Just look at the Better Business Bureau raring. They don't even care to answer the requests.

They came to repair a know error code on our washing machine which needed a part they knew about. Showed up without the part, told us it would take 5 days to arrive so offered a temp fix for $330.00 as soon as the tech left our house , the machine stopped working. They refuse to come back and refuse a refund. Also they quoted this part first $350 and then changed their minds to $550. Customer service is a foul mouthed ride highschool drop out. The service technician was rude, forceful, dirty and smelled of bo , he stunk up our whole house. After spending this money we are now forced to buy a new washer because they left our machine in worse shape then before they arrived. It doesn’t even start anymore
