Came on very short notice on a really cold weekend to look at our nonfunctional furnace (5 stars for quick response). Stated the furnace needed a new motor & ordered it. After several weeks & calls from us claimed the part was in transit but well over a month later Jay is not returning calls.& where is the part??? Based on other reviews this seems to be a pattern. Its been a very unprofessional experience.
