Dan always goes above and beyond. Very thorough, checks the humidifier and replaces its filter, checks the outside vents, gives practical advice on when to change settings, etc. His crew also installed our new air conditioner last year, a clean and efficient job.

Our entire heating/cooling system went down in the height of summer. Dan and the whole team from Air Leaders were amazing. Very responsive, understood the need to get the cooling system replaced quickly. Cost was totally reasonable for the scope of work (new furnace, new tankless hot water, new AC), and the crew they sent was brilliant - problem solved when they had issues and worked incredibly hard to get the job done in a day. Had a 15yo instant water heater that could no longer be cleaned. Spoke with Dan over the phone to diagnose the issue, replacement was recommended.
