Kevin was professional, timely and detailed with his work. He was able to upgrade our basement window and window well and coordinated the interior finishes. We were so impressed by his service and how organized he was. We cannot thank him enough for also taking additional time to coordinate with our landscaper and walk us through the water proofing that we didn't even know we had in our basement. He is a hard worker and a genuinely great person to work with.

We hired Wallace Construction to do an egress window in our basement. Kevin pulled permits for us and showed up to do the work on time. End result was seamless. Interior looks fantastic, outside very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company.

I hired Wallace Construction to fix a foundation issue. Water was seeping up from the floor in one of the corners of my basement . They installed an interior weeping tile system and sump pump in that portion of the basement and the problem was solved. The completed work was exactly what I expected and I was impressed by the professionalism of the company. Kevin did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of the project, from start to finish. Wallace Construction does not honor their word or their "lifetime warranty". My brother had hired him to repair cracks in the basement wall that caused water to leak and spent over $1200.

When I asked Wallace Construction about this crack, Kevin said it cannot be repaired twice, and asked me to spend an additional $2000 to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time.

Now I have called a legitimate basement repair company for the job, and have to pay them.

When I threatened the Wallace Construction with a negative review, they offered refund me $250 but that he couldn't pay immediately because he was out of work due to Covid.

However when I suggested he increase his refund amount for not posting a negative review, he said he needs to look at his repair job, and that he couldn't come before because he was "swamped with work" (even though he was out of work from Covid)

During the initial conversation he did not ask to come see the original crack, he refused to repair it under warranty and said the only way to fix it was to pay an additional $2000
