The staffs and the cleaners are extremely kind and accommodating to begin with. They did a move out cleaning and the house was spotless after 5 hours. I can't seem to understand the negative reviews. Thumbs up to the hardworking cleaners for doing an awesome job!!

I booked a cleaning just before the holiday. They have an instant booking. The representative who assisted me was so accommodating, they accepted my rush cleaning, and they entertained all my requests!

The cleaner who came was so honest that she returned my ring that she found near the couch. I was in awe when I came back. My home was so spectacularly clean. This company is highly recommended!

I hired this company to do a full house deep clean 2500 sqft. I did not have a good experience. They showed up several hours late. The cleaning company sent 6 different cleaners at various times to clean. There was constantly someone new coming to relieve a cleaner who left and as result didn't have a clue what had been cleaned or hadn't. Not to mention who wants that many random strangers in their home. Very unorganized.

They quoted and were to clean inside and out of the cupboards. The staff would not clean inside the cupboards as they said everything had to be removed before they arrived. That was not what I was told on my quote and the cupboards did not get cleaned.

They were to clean the walls and baseboards, but would not remove scuff's that required some elbow grease nor would they clean higher then a 5 foot person could reach which isn't exactly clean walls. Most of the walls got forgotten about or missed anyway due to the staff changes.

Furniture did not get vacuumed, entry way was left uncleaned and filthy after so many people came in and out to do this clean, baseboards were mostly all missed as well.

The cleaners would not clean inside the walk in closets as they said that would invade my privacy even though I was there advises them too (just being lazy). They would not move things off shelves to clean (apparently I was suppose to chuck everything on the floor if I wanted the area wiped (then they wouldn't have vacuumed though so you basically chose the floors or shelves).

They charge $90/man hour for cleaning. Those are journeyman trades quality rates for poor service.

The service was impeccable, it was very clean. I will hire them again, highly recommended.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR MOVE OUT CLEANINGS. See Update below. I should have listened to the many, many 1 star reviews that say the same but I didn't, and I wound up having to reclean my entire home on my own after Maids In Pink finished 'deep cleaning' my house. The photo shows how much dirt and hair I picked up when vacuuming my house AFTER they had left.

Scenario: The home was not very dirty to begin with, and we had cleaned all mirrors and windows before the cleaners arrived. We also sprayed the oven with oven cleaner before they arrived, so all they had to do was wipe it out. The home was fully empty at the time as well. We were billed $555 for a move out clean, and they did such a poor job that I had to spend an extra 5 hours myself redoing the majority of the work we paid them to do!

THE BAD: They did not pick up anything with the vacuum, it looks like they ran a vacuum with a full bag over the entire house, skipped all of the edges and skipped the stairs. They mopped the middle area of the kitchen and laundry room but left all edges full of dirt and dust. They did not use soap when mopping, just a really dirty mop that smells like bacteria. You know when a wet cloth that is dirty dries out and starts to smell horrible? Yeah, my whole house smells like that now thanks to their mopping job. Also they only cleaned 1 of 2 toilets.

THE GOOD: They did wipe out the oven, which came clean thanks to the spray we put on it before they arrived. The fridge was wiped clean and the sinks were clean. They did do an okay job of wiping out the cupboards, the doors and edges were still dusty, but they weren't very dirty to begin with.

The company offer us $50 off after providing them multiple videos of the issues. Less than 10% of the bill refunded, when I had to go back and redo more than half of the work we paid them for? They were pretty rude about it too, as if we were just a nuisance to them for being upset about not getting what we paid for.

VERDICT: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of options in the city for home cleaning services, save yourself the headache and a ton of money and book through someone else. Unless of course you want to pay someone to clean for you, while also doing all of the cleaning yourself.

UPDATE: The company reached out to us, and ultimately they decided to offer us $100 off of the cost of the service. They did also offer to send someone back to redo the problem areas, however due to this being a move out service, we did not have the time to go that route.

I highly recommend Maids In Pink. Their service is one of the best, the attention and quality was very good, I would definitely hire them again

Had them come to "deep clean" my house before we moved in. They sent one lady and it didn't look like they did a thing. Spent almost $700 for her to sit on her tush for 4 hours. Pictures are after she cleaned. Complained about the poor service and they sent the same lady, she didnt do anything again. Also she wore her dirty shoes all throughout my house. Worst cleaning service ever. I cleaned more in 4 hours than she did in 8.
