They’re very professional, arrived on time with advance notice, took off their shoes without us asking, knew their product and genuinely wanted to help.

Was a bit disappointed with the scheduling... the original service call window was missed. Was given a 4 hour window, waited the whole time and got a phone call in the last 7 minutes of the call window apologizing that the repair man won’t make it, we’ll no duh. Did reschedule for another day, got another 4 hour window... got a bit nervous to be honest that once again no one was going to show. Fortunately Taras came, and I’m so glad he did! Nice, friendly and professional. He was quick and clean. He explained what the problem was, plugged drain pipe, and that it’s a common problem. Super happy that we didn’t need any parts, nor did we have to end up buying a new fridge!

Taras quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, and then told us how we could correct the installation ourselves, to save us the labour $ we would have had to pay to have him do it.

ARE called me just in minutes after I posted my request. They arranged a technician visit immediately. He (Taras) showed up in time, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I, myself, am an engineer, very technical and a DIYer! and I recommend them!

Taras was very helpful and he diagnosed the issue and guided us well throughout. He worked with limited resources at our house. He also cleaned up the area after he was done.

Dmitriy fixed our dish washer. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient. His services are highly recommended.

My fridge was making a loud noise - I called and got an appointment right away. Dmitry came (with an apprentice) and in 30 minutes they had fixed the fan in my fridge and saved me from having to buy a new one. They were very friendly and fast!

I had a problem with dryer. Cool guy Dimitry fixed it same day , he had parts with him already. Very proffesional movement of washer and dryer(on top) out of the small laundry room in my condo . reccomend!
