Customer service was absolutely terrible. The initial fee quote was provided by someone using very obvious sales tactics but they said the door could be installed within 6 weeks and had a reasonable price so I signed a contract a few days later. This contract now had a longer window of 6-7 weeks, signed Sept 7th. The next email was October 6th to confirm colour code for exterior. I heard no updates from them for 20 days until I reached out on Oct 26th and did not get a response until Oct 28th after I already sent a second email. They said the door would be finished by Nov 15th because of delays and we can book install after that date. I replied asking to book date now so I can inform my employer. I did not get a reasons back until Nov 3rd after sending the email a second time. We booked install for Nov 13 and they would email me middle of that week to confirm the time. No email by November 10th so I sent another email and we booked a time. Install was done mostly without issues however the installer damaged one side of the (very cheap) weather stripping which my partner noticed and requested immediate replacement. He did this, and the next evening I noticed some air leakage near the bottom right of the frame. I inspected and noted that the new strip was ripped at the bottom, as was the left side. I sent them yet another email and had already escalated a complaint to better business bureau. They came again to replace the weatherstripping and the issue is unchanged. After doing my own research I will be buying the appropriate supplies to hopefully fix the air leak once and for all that THIS COMPANY LEFT IN MY DOOR AFTER RETURNING TWICE TO "FIX"
Waiting at long as we did and having false time lines provided at the start, lack of communication, and damage to the door (as there is also two very small dents on the bottom inside) is not acceptable and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
