My Mom had been thinking about replacing some windows and the front door desperately needed help when she got a call from Northern. From the phone call to completion of the job was a wonderful experience. My Mom is very plain spoken and appreciates being treated the same and she got that from Alex. She lives in a very, very old house and the windows were still the old single pain in wooden frames. The front door was very crooked and we could see light coming in almost all the way around. The crew arrived in the morning, on time, and in no time at all they had 4 of the 5 windows out. All in all it was a great experience having Northern do the work for us. They work as neatly as they are able and clean up the site when they are done. I can't say enough good things about the crew and the work that was done. They even straightened out the door frame and installed the new door. Now it doesn't even look like the same house.
