Same Day Appliance Repair

The 1st repair man came the same day to check our washing machine. He realized some parts had to be replaced and made an appointment for later. In the meantime we received the parts and when he came back the tech with another tech replaced the parts in a short time. They knew what they’re doing and I like that. Will use again if needed.

The service man was great I was able to get next day appointment due to my request I couldn’t make it the same day. They actually had appointments and asked me if I wanted someone for the same day. I really appreciate the promptness of the technician and the office work is also unbelievable. I had a dryer repaired in one visit which made my life much easier. I am recommending this company to anyone who is in need for appliance repairs.

We had a great experience with John who listened politely and compassionately to our concerns. He took steps to correct the problem and followed through with phone calls. Very happy I chose this company for repairing my washer. Professional and fast service was done correctly and on time. Our service man was knowledgeable. The washer motor had died and he had parts in his truck to fix it so we did not have to wait for something to be ordered. He did diagnostics and waited to make sure the washer was not leaking. He was great!

The technicians were on time, very amiable, and quite efficient. In fact, when I couldn't figure out how to turn the dishwasher that they repaired back on after they left, I stopped them in my driveway and asked how I might do that. The technician very nicely told me where to find the switch to turn the machine back on and, in fact, he waited until I'd done so to make sure all was well before he left. AND he didn't even seem to think I was an fool for not knowing where that switch was! ha! All in all, a very good repair experience.

Your two service representatives did an excellent job servicing my 6 appliances. When I called to report that the gasket on the INSIDE of my dishwasher had fallen off they were able to come in with the right part and complete the repair for me. Did not waste my time and for that I appreciate them. Will always use same day appliance repair.

The repairman was sympathetic to our immediate need of the washer. We have a terminally ill cancer patient living here and have a high volume of laundry to do every day, all day and all night. He made several trips for parts that day until he indeed did have the machine working again. Thank you very much for your understanding and going the extra mile.

Setup/scheduled service online. Very easy. The service tech showed up on time, did the diagnostic, discovered the problem, disassembled my appliance, fixed the problem, reassembled my appliance in under 30 minutes while fielding my stupid questions. He was very good. They will definitely get my business the next time I have an appliance issue.

Arguably the best service technician they employ. He really knows what he’s doing, works quietly & efficiently, even cleans up after himself spotlessly. No banging, beating, cussing or yelling on/at the machine like some. Much more pleasant to have working in my home than the others.

I LOVED the service man who came to work on our dishwasher. He realized the last repairman had installed something incorrectly and he fixed the problem, staying through an entire wash cycle to make sure things were working correctly. And the repair cost about half of what I was expecting. Amazing!

Repairman promptly assessed the problem. He explained possible costs prior to fixing which we appreciated. He resolved the problem without added cost and explained to us as repairing what happens to a motor when broken glass works its way inside. Fortunately, it did not. He was very helpful in explanation of any services we may want.
