Fabian scheduled my visit and arrived promptly. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. He solved the problem quickly and for a very reasonable cost. He wasn't pushy, nor did he try and upsell. I will call him for any future work.

In this sweltering heat, our a/c stopped working, and didn't know whether to change thermostat or some fuse issue. I checked Homestars to see any HVAC service professionals and called New Town Energy. It was a random call and Fabian answered. I told him my issue and he said he will be at my place within 15 mins. He checked the system and told me what needs to be done and did it within 15 mins.

If you are one of those people to whom to call out of lot of professionals, then try this company. Fabian is a excellent gentle man and knowledgeable, organized and detail oriented. Fabian does an excellent job walking you through the home. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him

After turning off my fusebox, the air conditioning wouldn’t come back on. I put a request out through homestars and Newtown Energy contacted me and came to the house within a couple of hours. He checked everything thoroughly and realised the fault was with my circuit breaker and there was a more serious electrical problem that was causing the unit and some other electric sockets not to run. He contacted an electrician for me who was able to fix the problem that evening. He also waived his fee, which was really kind considering it was Canada day weekend!

Fabian was awesome, so friendly and knowledgeable. He came on a holiday during s crazy heatwave and just treated it like any other day. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family

if I could give Fabian and his company 100 stars, I would do so...he has done work for our commercial kitchen on a few occasions and has exceeded expectations on every single interaction including over the phone....dont waste your time shopping around because if you have come across Newtown then you're in the RIGHT place!!!!

Fabian did an amazing job installing eveyrthing and going above and beyond by helping us do minor work as we were doing renovations in the house. We noticed issues the last builder took short cuts from and Fabian fixed those problems for us and turned a 1 day job into 3. His team is very professional and responsive and I want to thank him a million.
