We woke up on Dec 24th to a very cold house. I entered our furnace error messages into an urgent request for help on homestars, and Cu Mechanical responded right away with a suggestion (turn off the furnace for 30 seconds). This resolved the issue and saved us a service visit, which likely would have been impossible anyway on Christmas Eve. The house is slowly warming up. I'll save their info for when we need them.
