Dennis was very helpful for our home inspection. He was not only very thorough in the checking process but he also taught us many things that new homeowners should learn about.

Dennis was great. He showed up well on advance before our appointment time and started to inspect our home. He walked us around the exterior of the home and then did his work inside. He also debriefed us on all of his findings, both inside and out. He gave us some general home maintenance tips and then generated a report within a matter of 30 minutes after his inspection was completed. Dennis was able to eradicate animal odours that had been left by our rental tenant. It was not an easy task as the tenant had pretty much used our home as a litter box for her animals. I was very impressed with Dennis' patented treatment of the surfaces. He made it go from zoo smell to a wonderful smell. Dennis was very helpful and professional from our first contact via telephone to our meeting, house inspection and afterwards. Dennis has so much experience and a wealth of advice. This was our first home inspection and I would use him again and I would highly refer him. We had an issue with an attic vent being sealed. Dennis gave his experienced suspicion and when the attic was opened he was right--there was mold. Dennis has very good knowledge for house and provide lots of advice for future improvement. Also, two month after his inspecting, I called him to ask something regarding attic ventilation problem --- he was still able to recall the details and gave me his suggestion.
