Dennis was able to eradicate animal odours that had been left by our rental tenant. It was not an easy task as the tenant had pretty much used our home as a litter box for her animals. I was very impressed with Dennis' patented treatment of the surfaces. He made it go from zoo smell to a wonderful smell. He was also very willing to share his advice free of cost, which was appreciated. Thanks Dennis!
