Discovery Home Inspection

Dennis was very helpful and professional from our first contact via telephone to our meeting, house inspection and afterwards. Dennis has so much experience and a wealth of advice. This was our first home inspection and I would use him again and I would highly refer him. We had an issue with an attic vent being sealed. Dennis gave his experienced suspicion and when the attic was opened he was right--there was mold. He used his expertise and provided us insight being first time home buyers---not everyone would care as much. But Dennis did. His report came to us a few hours after the home inspection and it was well done and very thorough. I can not say enough about Dennis except that we were happy with his inspection and expertise and would use him again. Thanks Dennis
