Waterproofing

Waterproofing review in Hamilton

Discussed the job with Yong and was happy with his expertise and knowledge. We were happy with the price and the start time. Yong's team arrived on time, worked hard, kept the area clean, and finished with a clean worksite. His team showed me the crack and Yong showed us pictures of all the work. We have had a couple of heavy rainfalls since, with not a drop of water coming through.

As first-time homeowners, we appreciated his professionalism and willingness to answer our many questions.

Due to weather conditions, our initial scheduled work date had to be adjusted, but the communication was clear and timely. We had two exterior cracks and one interior crack repaired. The installers were lovely and working hard! They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and completed the job on time. Our yard is narrow, but they managed to work around it! Their work was put to the test soon after as we experienced heavy rain three days after the installation (typically when basements tend to leak), and our basement remained bone dry, and our side yard looked great! Our neighbors commented on how fast and tidy the whole process was.

Initially, I was informed that a technician would visit without any charge to assess the problem, provide recommendations, and proceed accordingly. However, by the time the technician arrived, the issue had resolved on its own. Nevertheless, the technician conducted a thorough inspection using specialized tools to ensure there were no significant problems. It came as a surprise that there were no blockages or immediate repairs required. Highly recommend Sign Waterproofing

According to other reviews, the technician is an authority on drainage, and if you have a drainage problem, you want that. His team is competent, economical, skilled at problem-solving in the moment, and proud of the work it produces. We experienced a water table issue similar to many others here, which was causing problems with our slab (efflorescence and the like). French drains and a sump pump were used to raise the excess water to the level of our side-yard drainage in order to solve the problem. Project was completed in four days and cost 35% less than the next bid (also very professional people, but out of our league).
