During the home inspection process some issues were pointed out with our roof. The work on the roof was done by Nova Roofing but the warranty was already expired. Nova Roofing addressed all the issues in the report even though they were regular wear and tear and did not charge us even though the warranty was expired. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We had our roof replaced, new soffits and fascia installed. Years go by and a winter wind storm tore off a piece of fascia. They came out the day after I called and replaced it at no cost. Even said they were sorry. Wow, I was so impressed!!! A pleasure to do business with.

These guys were great! They did a fantastic job of our house and were quick and very thorough. They had found some damage to the roof which was repaired at no charge and finished the project beyond what my expectations were. Everything was cleaned up and there were absolutely no surprise costs.

Couldn't ask for better crew and customer service! From the quote wih Jim to the promised date of completion Nova Roofing & Exteriors was perfect! Jim was accomodating in bringing many samples and his follow up was always extremely promt. The crew was pleasant, polite and hard working. Clean up was also great! Follow up was amazing. We made a request to remove a vent on our garage and they were here the next day to make the change. Some damage on our back gate was brought to our attention by one of their staff. They were willing to repair it but my husband let them know that it was like that before they came. How honest! I would highly recommend Nova!
