During the home inspection process some issues were pointed out with our roof. The work on the roof was done by Nova Roofing but the warranty was already expired. Nova Roofing addressed all the issues in the report even though they were regular wear and tear and did not charge us even though the warranty was expired. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
