Couldn't ask for better crew and customer service! From the quote wih Jim to the promised date of completion Nova Roofing & Exteriors was perfect! Jim was accomodating in bringing many samples and his follow up was always extremely promt. The crew was pleasant, polite and hard working. Clean up was also great! Follow up was amazing. We made a request to remove a vent on our garage and they were here the next day to make the change. Some damage on our back gate was brought to our attention by one of their staff. They were willing to repair it but my husband let them know that it was like that before they came. How honest! I would highly recommend Nova!
