I was unable to get the pilot light on. Called Heatsafe who had done work previously. They came in just a couple of hours ...got it started without trouble...and gave me clear direction on how to do it myself if it went out again. They are efficient ,friendly and very very reliable.

Have used Bill before and he values his appointments, calling 1/2 hour prior to ensure you are home. Has all the supplies needed to do the job right and is very consciences in his work. Pays attention to detail and goes the extra step to ensure job is completed to your satisfaction.

Done quickly and completely. The fireplace stopped working and we also needed a fan installed. We just bought the house and were pretty sure it hadn't been serviced in 20 years. We were right! All good all the time now.

This fireplace had ceased to function and after the service/repair was completed very efficiently, it looked and functioned like a brand new unit.

Bill arrived at my home as planned. Got to work right away. He was pleasant.and knowledgeable. Took the fireplace apart. Cleaned everything up including the glass. Replaced the broken switch explained Àll needed repairs.and did them in a timely fashion. Fees were.very reasonable and I was extremely happy with the end product. I would highly recommend this company for any gas fireplace repairs, cleaning or maintenance.

Bill did a meticulous job cleaning my old fireplace - it looks like new again. He then went on and was able to bring it back to life which wasn't as easy task. I am so thankful and can't say enough good things about the job he did. I would highly recommend him.
