I have use Bill for servicing my Fireplaces since 2008, he does a fantastic job and is very neat and tidy and there is nothing to clean up when he is finished. He is very amiable and I would recommend him to anyone. Good luck Bill with your home!!!

Would recommend Bill to anyone! He is so efficient, tidy, personable and honest. He sure knows his business! He resolved the problem in minutes, explaining everything he did in detail so that we understood. Then he did the annual maintenance, including painting inside the fireplace! Bill was In and out in about 35 minutes .. no mess and the fireplace looks like brand new! Thanks Bill ... I recommend you to all my friends and family.

Had Heatsafe Industries look at the gas fireplace in January (sorry for late review). Natural gas fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Heatsafe industries quickly fixed the issue and provided me with some tips on how to operate/optimize the unit. Was on time, cleaned up and affordable. Would gladly recommend.

Oh my gosh -- it is like I have a brand new fireplace! Bill's quality of work is amazing -- and I will be using him again -- and have already recommended him to my neighbours. The quality of his wok is second to none -- he came exactly when he was supposed to and even called 1/2 in advance to confirm his appointment. Bill worked quickly and efficiently -- he had to move a few things -- which he moved back when he was finished. All in all -- a great experience!

Bill has just repaired and did the annual Service to our 3 gas fireplaces. He phoned before he came, came right on time and was, friendly, very helpful and explained each step of why it did not work. Bill had all the parts with him, cleaned everything and all 3 Fireplaces were working as new again! Bill was just here fixing my gas fire place. I called him last night at 8 pm and he was here at 10 am. I’m so impressed. Thanks to Bill I’m in the heat again. JulieAnn

The remote ignition unit on my gas fireplace was not working. Bill @ Heatsafe replaced the unit and did a quick maintenance and clean of the fireplace.

Bill was very efficient and did such a great job cleaning our two gas fireplaces that they now look as good as new. Would definitely recommend his business to our friends.
