I was unable to get the pilot light on. Called Heatsafe who had done work previously. They came in just a couple of hours ...got it started without trouble...and gave me clear direction on how to do it myself if it went out again. They are efficient ,friendly and very very reliable. Only people I would ever call for fireplace service.
