Technician A.B. was on time, pleasant and very competent in determining the issue. Part was ordered. Again with the return he was on time and fixed the washer very quickly and returned everything back in order. I would highly recommend these guys!!!

I want to recommend Appliance Repair Master (ARM) as a professional and honest firm for appliance repair in Ottawa. They will come after hours and on weekends and if something is beyond repair they will tell you and not charge you for what they cannot fix. They stand behind their work and service.

We have had a horrible experience with the purchase and delivery of our new fridge and stove... the company messed up the order, the delivery guy was rude and broke our door, BUT then we had Appliance Repair Masters in and WOW!!!!! Avi stopped by for less than half an hour and his behaviour and work was soooo AMAZING! I would totally recommend this company to my friends, family and neighbours!

What an amazing and reliable company. The service staff are exceptional, courteous and competent. They go beyond the call of duty. I had to wait for a part for an older washing machine that was leaking. From the central office to the technicians, they kept in touch with me throughout. An old machine that is now obsolete, they turned it into `good as new`. I give this company the highest rating, and Abi of all the technicians an A+ Very reasonable costs as well. After a long research to find a fair repair company in Toronto, I found appliance repair master and called them. The technician was very professional and polite , he was able to fix my washer and even gave me few tips how to prevent damages in future.
