Appliance Repair Master

On Wednesday, February 19th, 2014, I had contacted Appliance Repair Master in request of service for my Kenmore Washer. I was desperate as I have four young children, and laundry is a priority. To start off, this company wasn't the first one I had contacted. I was phoning around to various companies, inquiring prices and timeliness of service. Although this company is a new competitor in the market, it has proved to be innovative and employers of knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Sometimes change and new things (new companies) aren't the worst thing in the world. Appliance Repair Masters timeliness of service was exceptional. Within a couple hours after contacting the company, I had technicians knocking on my door. Through talking to their receptionists, I also find that they are very good about working around your schedule; whatever time works best for you. When the technicians arrived, they were extremely friendly and professional. During their diagnostic of what was wrong with my Kenmore Washer, they were very engaging. They showed me precisely how the appliance worked and what could potentially cause this error, as well as how to prevent it. They also gave me examples of other projects they had done, which related to my problem. When a company engages a client this much, it is obvious they care about your well being. I now understand the ins and outs of a Kenmore Washer machine which could help me to fix it myself in the future. Compared to other prices inquired, their charge was very affordable and appreciated in a way. The work they did was fast, and engaging, as well as professional. I believe that it was money well spent. You have to think about the long run. Regardless, I will stay loyal to this fast growing company. Thank you Appliance Repair Master.

My washer has stopped working so I went on google and found appliance repaire master and it was the best decision I have made. I called them within the 10 minutes of finding their number, the girl on the phone was very nice and told me that there is a technician in my area today and that he could come by within the hour. the gentlemen that came to my house was very nice and was quick to find the problem that I was having. when he made his general diagnostic he fully explained to me how the machine is supposed to work and also told me what wasn't working at the moment. the technician offered me a labour charge of 220$ to fix the machine. when he was finished with his labour the problem was fixed with no parts needed. I am very happy that I called Appliance Repaire Master and for sure recommend it to people who need to get their appliances fixed the same day and for cheap.

The two guys who came were friendly, knowledgeable, on time and efficient. They came in, explained what was wrong with the dishwasher and did an overhaul fix on it. They then showed me what they did and that the dishwasher was working when they were done. I would definitely use this company again.

My built in stove stopped cooling, the fan was broken, I have called Appliance Repair Master and in about an hour a technician came and did the job!!!!! I was so pleased. I really recommend these guys!!!
