On Wednesday, February 19th, 2014, I had contacted Appliance Repair Master in request of service for my Kenmore Washer. I was desperate as I have four young children, and laundry is a priority. To start off, this company wasn't the first one I had contacted. I was phoning around to various companies, inquiring prices and timeliness of service. Although this company is a new competitor in the market, it has proved to be innovative and employers of knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Sometimes change and new things (new companies) aren't the worst thing in the world. Appliance Repair Masters timeliness of service was exceptional. Within a couple hours after contacting the company, I had technicians knocking on my door. Through talking to their receptionists, I also find that they are very good about working around your schedule; whatever time works best for you. When the technicians arrived, they were extremely friendly and professional. During their diagnostic of what was wrong with my Kenmore Washer, they were very engaging. They showed me precisely how the appliance worked and what could potentially cause this error, as well as how to prevent it. They also gave me examples of other projects they had done, which related to my problem. When a company engages a client this much, it is obvious they care about your well being. I now understand the ins and outs of a Kenmore Washer machine which could help me to fix it myself in the future. Compared to other prices inquired, their charge was very affordable and appreciated in a way. The work they did was fast, and engaging, as well as professional.
