Curt has saved us from the cold on 2 occasions. One was Christmas day a couple years back when the computer board crapped out and then again recently when my motor did the same. His response is prompt. He is very professional but also has a sense of warmth and humour. He is thorough and takes time to explain the procedures.

Jamison Furnace was recommended by the heating company that installed my high-efficiency furnace. Curt was able to fix/replace the parts in a timely fashion, tidied the area, and all at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.

Our furnace stopped working one cold morning. We called Jamison and Kurt was able to come out within an hour or so. He first attempted to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to avoid a service call if possible. When it became clear that we needed his help, he came over and fixed the problem immediately. His minimum charge also accounts for the first hour of work, and we felt it was more than fair. He made a same-day return visit due to an unexpected vibration and fixed it at no additional charge even though he spent an additional 45 minutes working on it. We really appreciated how he clearly explained in detail what he was doing and why. He also identified a problem with our thermostat (at no charge) to keep an eye on for the future. He doesn't upsell and we felt very comfortable having him in our home.

Jamison was referred to me by a good friend and Colleague. within an hour of my call Curt came back saying that he found a replacement Tank and gave me options for the installation. He was on time and did an excellent job that moves me to tell about it. I am highly recommending his service.

I was a bit surprised that any home service company could have a 10 rating, but Jamison Furnace earns it. Curt did a great job replacing a furnace fan, so I also arranged for him to install a new humidifier. Both units are working great. I enjoyed talking with Curt while he did the work.

Curt came out the same day, and was here exactly when he said he would be. He was friendly, knowledgeable and assured me there was still hope for my old clunker of a furnace. He explained what he thought would be the best option for repair, and had all the necessary parts on hand so it was fixed in no time at all, and for much less than I was expecting to pay! I will be referring to Jamison for any future furnace needs and strongly urge everyone to do the same!

I didn't hire Jamison, mainly because he took the time to diagnose what turned out to be a very simple fix over the phone in order to save me a very expensive service call. $5.00 later, I'm an extremely happy future customer.
