They responded to an emergency and provided solution at a cost that was value for the money. Followed up expeditiously when a failure occurred soon afterwards. Again effectively dealt with the issue. Kudos to both Alex and Curt

My central A/C went on Sunday when the temperature was well above 30. Curt was able to get here on Thursday which was a week faster than any of the other companies I tried. I was expecting to be told I needed a new unit, but within 5 minutes I was told the problem looked easy and inexpensive to fix. Turned out this was the case. It would have been very easy to get me to buy a new system, but Curt never even tried to up sell me, and in fact strongly suggested I not bother as I would get only a marginal improvement over what I currently had. Very refreshing. You can be sure I will be using Curt for all of my heating and cooling needs from here on!

Called to have leak fixed which was caused by problems with
main basement shut off valve. Left message and never have heard back from them. Not good for a company rated at "10".

I called Jamison Furnace to replace the gas valve in our furnace solely because of the excellent reviews the company has received on Homestars. Curt Jamison responded promptly, scheduled a time and day that worked for me, kept me informed of his timing that day, and called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was very personable, polite, and courteous, and finished the job within the time frame and price range he had quoted me. He answered all my questions and it was clear to me that Curt is very knowledgeable about his craft and my 24-yr old furnace model. It was also very apparent that what mattered most to him was my satisfaction with not only his work but also his personal conduct, and I was extremely satisfied with both. Curt is a super guy who takes pride in his work and the impression he leaves with his customers. I would highly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone else who would like a furnace/HVAC service call to be a pleasant experience. Curt charged a very reasonable fee to travel to my home outside his normal service radius. I will gladly pay the fee again for my next service call, rather than take a chance on another service provider even though they may be closer to my home.

Our furnace is several years old and I wanted to get a quote on replacing it this spring rather than having it conk out at -30 one cold winter day. A competitor quoted thousands - Curt told me we have a great (though old) furnace and to just replace parts as they go. Thanks for saving us tons of money and putting our minds at ease Curt - we will definitely call when the time comes!!

I just had Kurt Jamison out to service my air conditioner and meant to write this review when it was installed last year as I was so pleased with how the install as went. This is the 4th time Jamison has come to service either my furnance or airconditioner over the years and each time my expectations are exceeded. The customer service surpasses any other experience I have had with respect to home maintenance an repairs. They are always professional, polite and efficient. I would never call anyone else and would recommend Jamison to anyone needing furnace or a/c service.

After having bad experiences with Tradesman in the past I browsed Homestars in search of someone to troubleshoot my leaking furnace and found Jamison Furance. My experience with Curt was very positive, and refreshing to deal with a tradesman who was sincere, honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and of high integrity. I wont hesitate to use Curt again or recommend him to others.

I called Curt on Thursday, March 5th to see when I might schedule an installation. I had my new water heater hooked up and ready to go on Friday, March 6th by 11:00 am. Perhaps not a normal occurrence since there may have been a cancellation which allowed for such quick service but he bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Dealing with Curt and his installers was a delight. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the product. Another thing, Curt gave me all the options but didn't try to upsell me on a bigger, more expensive water heater - just what was needed. Thanks Curt. I'll definitely recommend your company. I can see why you have a nearly perfect rating.
