He was the technician who fixed my heater. He"s such a nice guy. Polite and courteous. He explained to me that I need to check the battery of the thermostat yearly . He there are other reason why the heater will stop and that is good to know. in this frigid weather and not having heater for the whole day and night ...he is my saviour . Thank you Thava. Good Work!!!

My air condition had stopped working so I called the manager of Home Stars Heating and Air condition. He came very early in the morning, he was very polite and professional, and was very efficient in carrying out the task. I will never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who may need their service.

I fully agree with the other writer, Home star will not live up to their responsibility. My case involves a condensation coil that the compay installed with the new air conditioner I purchased three years ago. The coil was installed within the existing funace. After running the airconditioner this year I noticed water pooling in the furnace housing. It was discovered that the drip pan from the coil had melted. According to the contractor I hired, the coil was sitting directly on top of the furnace heat exchanger. Based on the code there should have been a space of a min. of 6 inches between the furnace and the coil. Homestar is blaming the size of my furnace on the problem completely ignoring the fact that the installer should have secured the coil further into the ductwork. Their attitute is appalling and I will persue the matter in small claims court.

I purchased a humidifier system from this company in October 2014. They installed the wrong model. When I contacted them, the owner, Lawrence, promised to come back and correct this. He made continuous promises but after about 2 dozen follow up, has not come back. It's been 8 weeks now and I am still waiting. This is a crooked company and I would recommend to everyone to stay away!

I have heard about their excellent products and service from many of my clients, but the reason I found them amazing is their attractive pricing quotes. It’s just a week, we get our heat pumps replaced and everything is done so smoothly that I hardly require to worry. But the most satiating part was that they offered me a good rebate, which helped me to get the job done at fraction of price. And from start to finish they have been really professional.
