thava Siva RCQ4204 He was the technician who fixed my heater. He"s such a nice guy. Polite and courteous. He explained to me that I need to check the battery of the thermostat yearly . He there are other reason why the heater will stop and that is good to know. in this frigid weather and not having heater for the whole day and night ...he is my saviour . Thank you Thava. Thava Siva RCQ4204 My heater just stopped Thursday night and I called for service. He came Saturday March 4,2017. He was very polite and courteous. I told hm that I did not have and heater and so cold. He checked the thermostat right away and went down to fix my furnace. He came up and checked my thermostat again and change the battery. He explained that I need to changed the battery yearly which I never thought to do. he assured me that everything is ok. He checked CO2 and which is ok too. He was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Thava you saved my day especially in this very cold weather. Thank you.
